She's coming back!! Chisholm Place Memory Care is excited to announce the return of gerontologist Dr. Tam Cummings for another presentation of Becoming Dementia Aware presented by Advanced Legal Planning LLC. This year's event will be at Asbury Church on Friday, September 5th. Everyone who attends will receive Dr. Cumming's "Itty Bitty Dementia Book". Lunch will be provided as well.
