Donation-Based Labor Day Flow

Join us this Labor Day for a heart-opening, all-levels yoga class dedicated to giving back to our community. This class is donation-based, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank to support families in need.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class will be accessible, welcoming, and grounding—a beautiful way to move your body, connect with community, and honor the spirit of service.

✨ Monday, September 1st
✨ 10:00 - 11:00am
✨ pay what you can, all proceeds going to the Food Bank (you can donate online when signing up, or bring cash to class)

Together, we can nourish ourselves while helping nourish others.
