Apologies for short notice, we were meant to have this done by now and have been struggling to get a suitable date.

For those attending in person, we can get takeaway meals and bring in to Eyre Business.

It is vital that have some new office bearers step up, as Katie is stepping down after a very long stint as Treasurer and Belinda has indicated she will not be taking Secretary back on. Without these positions filled, the club can not operate. We will discuss Yeltana briefly after the meeting, however plan to call a separate meeting for this in a few weeks time. Yeltana aside, the roles of Secretary and Treasurer are not onerous, and a great opportunity to learn more about Pony Club directly. I am more than happy to support anyone new to the jobs.
