DAY 1 and DAY 2 of Grainstock consist of industry tours and sympsoium/trade show-

Two immersive days designed to bring the brewing, distilling and baking industries together in the heart of the Riverina, right at the start of grain harvest.

Set against the backdrop of golden barley and wheat fields, these first two days celebrate the connection between paddock and pint, dirt and dram, feild to loaf, showcasing the people, processes, and ingredients that power our industry.

ACCOMMODATION – It is highly recommended to book accommodation in Griffith, as welcome drinks and other evening sponsor events will be held there. Shuttle buses will run between Griffith and the Symposium at Whitton Malthouse. Please purchase a shuttle ticket if you require a seat.
