Identity-Inspired Art Session
Come use art as a form of self-reflection, self-expression, and a self-affirming tool. Join us for an art-based session where you will create an art piece to explore, claim, and celebrate your unique identities.
This workshop is open to LGBTQIA+ individuals, and all allies open to cultivating a safe and affirming space. The mental health benefits of this session come from engaging in creative activities that help reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance emotional resilience. It also fosters a sense of belonging and validation.
No artistic experience is necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to express yourself through art.
