Women's Mindfulness & Self Care Workshop on 'Choosing & Celebrating my Tribe'

This wonderful session explores what a Tribe is and looking at the important of true friendship. We will explore who ought to be a part of our tribe and who ought not to be, how our tribe effects our energy, how to widen it out to others if we wish to and what the benefits are to having one.

This class gives an opportunity for women to spend quality time together relaxing, breathing deeply and creating, learning mindfulness skills for homelife and being in the moment. We will spend a considerable amount of the session with Arts & Crafts.

It will be held in the lovely home from home Do It Like a Mother venue opposite Chalkwell park. There is plenty of parking on London Road.

There will be lovely aromatherapy oils defusing in the background and calming music whilst we focus on ourselves.

I will bring cake and fruit and hot drinks are available. You also go home with a little goody bag! Just bring a yoga mat or picnic blanket.

This sessions last 2 hours 30 minutes and costs £28 per person or £25 if you bring a friend
