Second monday of each month - Beautiful simple songs taught by ear celebrating the Earth, the elements, the seasonal cycle and our connection. Sending healing out with our voices, reconnecting us to deeper parts of ourselves and All Our Relations.
The songs are simple, yet powerful, especially when sung as a group. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners who think they can’t sing, divas and everyone in between. We all have a birthright to sing. Those with more experience might enjoy adding their own harmonies. Space for creativity in a non judgmental welcoming group. We will also try simple rounds and part songs.
We start with simple warmups for breath, body and voice. If you’d like to develop your voice and your confidence these will help enormously.
Whilst the songs are beautiful, the session is not about performance or getting it right but the joy of singing together and designed to be relaxing nurturing, joyful and uplifting.
*This session is offered as part of a 4 week rotating cycle of different sound and voice sessions.
Each happens once a month.
