Powerful Practice: A full body and breath exploration of the chakras

Join Amy for this monthly two hour workshop.

Which is an extension of her weekly 'Power Flow' classes.

The aim of these classes is to go deeper and explore our practice with more time and dedication.

Each class will begin with a meditation and intention setting, pranayama (breathwork) and a full hour of asana (poses), finishing with yoga nidra (deep meditation).

Her intention for each workshop is to focus on a chakra; starting at the root and working our way through each, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Amy is very excited to share with you a style of practice that has been deeply healing for her. Weaving in a trauma-informed approach throughout.

She can't wait to dedicate this time to you, to develop your own practice and play on the mat.
