Kitty will teach proper heel technique for drops, and show how to be ferocious and dynamic with control. Prepare to learn some impressive, show-stopping drops with a dollop of filth! Kitty will cater to those beginner - advanced.

This workshop will show you that everyone can split, if your legs are split open in any capacity then it’s a split - it doesn’t necessarily need to be square or flat!! Kitty will share her split/straddle stretch secrets, dispel the split hierarchy, and show you a variety of pole split illusions and straddle sequences. Be prepared to spready to the gods!
