Flow and Create - Yoga & Art Workshop in Whitstable

Join us at the beautiful Shakti Den in Whitstable for an uplifting afternoon of gentle yoga, mindful creativity, and community connection.

We’ll begin with an hour of beginner-friendly yoga — a soothing flow designed to release tension, open the body, and quiet the mind. Whether you’re brand new or already love your practice, this is a welcoming space for all!

From this place of calm, we’ll shift into an hour of ceramic coaster painting, drawing inspiration from seasonal colours and textures. No art experience needed — this is all about expression, play, and joy!

✨ All art materials are provided, and you’ll take home your own hand-painted ceramic coaster to treasure.
