Rhythms of Rest: A Seasonal Voice & Crystal Singing Bowls Journey

Join Andrea for Rhythms of Rest, a gentle and intentional space to honour the natural cycles of the year through sound, stillness and reflection.

In this 1-hour session, Andrea will guide you to connect with the energy of the season, set personal intentions and surrender into deep rest through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the warmth of her voice.

These sessions will follow the natural turning points of the year, including the summer and winter solstices and the autumn equinox. These seasonal shifts are powerful times for reflection and renewal, offering an opportunity to tune into nature’s rhythms and the changes within yourself.

Drawing from years of experience holding space for others, Andrea creates an atmosphere where you can truly soften, blending sound, mindfulness and intuitive vocals to guide you toward a deeper sense of rest. Her thoughtful use of sound and intention invites you to quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

​Each session is an invitation to honour yourself and the sacredness of rest, creating space to listen inwardly and restore from within. Come as you are and give yourself the gift of stillness and sound.
