This retreat is for couples or friends who wish to connect—with themselves, and each other—through the gentle, yet power full - Spinal Flow and the soothing rhythms of life at the sea.

Spinal Flow aims to help experience greater vitality, freedom, and a sense of ease and balance within.

Day 1 - Two indvidual, private consultations and physical assessment to assess your blockages, and a Spinal Flow treatment.

Day 2 - Three partnered Spinal Flow treatments over the course of the day. Partner sessions allow individuals to experience Spinal Flow together, potentially deepening the experience and fostering a sense of connection.
