ADHD & Me: An Afternoon Tea for Women Who’ve Had Enough of Pretending
This isn’t just tea and cake.
This is connection, clarity, and that long exhale you didn’t know you were holding.
If you’re a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD - or quietly wondering if you might be - this space was made for you.
No pressure. No performance. Just truth, tools, and being witnessed by women who 'get it'.
We’ll laugh. Maybe cry. Definitely eat.
And you’ll leave with something no planner, podcast, or productivity hack can give you:
Permission to be exactly who you are—without apology.
Investment: £65
Includes tea/coffee on arrival and a full afternoon tea with sandwiches snd fresh cakes. Yum!

💗 This is for you if...
* You’re tired of holding it all together
* You want to stop masking and start *owning* who you are
* You crave real connection with women who understand your brain *and* your heart
* You don’t want another ‘fix’ - you want to feel seen, heard, and met
Because sometimes the biggest shift doesn’t happen in therapy or on a screen - It happens over tea, in a room full of women who say “me too.”
Come be part of something beautiful.
You’re not too much.
You’re finally in the right room.
