Buck Moon - Soundbath by the Sea

Join me on the beach to watch the sun go down and the Buck Moon come up... Relax for an hour, whilst I play with gongs, bowls and gentle sounds, giving space to focus on you... We all need that time out to unwind from every day life and take our minds away from busy... £20pp investment (including firewood/cacao).
Park at Seaton Sluice car park, over the dunes onto the beach...

Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful tool and so it is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, pacemaker or during first trimester pregnancy.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillow and plenty of water!

Please note that sound healing is not recommended for people in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and for those who suffer with epilepsy. Please seek doctors advice before attending if you suffer with severe mental illnesses, severe osteoporosis, have had recent hip/joint operations, if you are fitted with a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer or ménière's disease.
