The next series of chakra healing in September: The Third Eye Chakra👁️🌌
The Third Eye is the sixth primary chakra and serves as our deep sense of inner wisdom and connect with the divine energy that flows through all things.
When blocked you can feel like you are moving through life slowly, with no vision, you can't see your goals and are not inspired.
The imbalance is mostly likely to present itself physically within the brain and eyes. You may also feel stuck in the day-to-day. Without the guidance of your inner wisdom, you may be unable to look beyond immediate problems and your own opinions.
Expect to:
Relax and unwind as Gabe from Healing Sounds guides you through a deep meditation for self-love healing
Listen deeply to the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong, Chimes, rain stick, bells ect
Perfect Friday & Saturday chill time
Please bring the following:
Your own mug, bottle of water, warm blanket, cushions/pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Arriving: Please arrive 10 minutes early, to settle.
Covid Guidelines: If you're feeling unwell or are presenting with covid symptoms, please let us know and stay at home. If possible we'll reschedule your ticket to the next available sound bath.
Sound baths are not recommended if you experience extreme hyper-sensitivity to sound, epilepsy or are pregnant in your first trimester.
