Ikigai workshops on Fridays at The Senhouse Centre - find your purpose

Ikigai is a Japanese concept that translates to "reason for being." Finding your Ikigai can bring more purpose, motivation, and balance into your everyday life.

iCan Wellbeing will be running four-week courses to help YOU find your Ikigai – your purpose in life.

There will be four-week courses starting on:
3 October 2025
31 October 2025
28 November 2025

A different aspect of Ikigai is explored at each of the four sessions, so please try to attend all four sessions in the block.
