Problems with your money and living situation really can affect your health and wellbeing. You can get free, practical help and advice about any housing or benefits-related questions or worries at our weekly drop-in sessions.

If you need more support, we can also link you up with one-on-one help from our partners, such as GPs at Cumbria Health and support workers from Everyturn Mental Health.
