Hedgerow Medicine for Autumn

The hedgerows are abundant with berries, seeds, nuts and fruits. It's the autumn equinox; day and night are in balance. From now on, the days get cooler, and we know winter is not that far away.
It's time to gather in the harvests, forage and make our medicines. We will be working with Haws, elderberries, blackberries, crab apples and the late summer flowers, making elderberry rob and a delicious haw and elder ketchup. The day is nature connective, outdoors and hands-on. This is a great way to learn and connect to the seasons. You will get to take home some of what you make.
