Wise woman - Navigating Menopause

Hot flushes! night sweats! Anxiety off the scale! Do you feel like you have lost you're mojo? Dont know who you are anymore? wondering what's next after menopause? Do you want to learn how to navigate this powerful transition using herbal medicine and shamanic wisdom?

Then come and join Lancashire wild women herbalists and menopause mentors for a weekend of menopause exploration and wild woman connection. Learn about strategies for support with herbal medicine, healing food, supplements, sacred ceremony, shamanic journeywork, crafts, drumming and collective medicine making.

This 2-day non-residential wild women weekend at the Harmony Hub in Chorley, Lancashire explores menopause as a major midlife rite of passage that takes us from our menstruating years through the wilds of menopause to connection with the wise woman we are becoming. It will be held in a sacred supportive space that takes us through the wild journey of transition and initiation, filling our medicine bags with wild skills and herbal wisdom as we combine herbal medicine, shamanism and wise women's wisdom.
The weekend workshop consists of two days, each beginning at 10am and finishing at 4pm. The end of the weekend will conclude with a wise woman/croning ceremony.
the cost is £150 early bird until 24th August and then afterwards full payment is £170. This includes handouts and any products made. If you need to put down a deposit, let us know.
