Join Tellus Astronomer Karisa Zdanky on a journey about variable stars. Learn why the stars’ brightness changes over time and how these little cosmic flickers provide information about the history and future of our universe.

We don't have steak, but we do have lobster! Stick around after the presentation to construct your own crustaceous creation.

The Lunch + Learn lecture begins at 12:15 PM. No outside food is allowed but you are welcome to buy lunch in the Café and bring it into the lecture, or just come hear the lecture. All Lunch + Learns are FREE for members and included in regular admission for non-members. Presentations are recommended for ages 8 and up, unless otherwise indicated.
