It’s time to clean out, cash in, and connect! This year’s Garage Sale is happening for one day only — giving everyone a chance to enjoy a full, bustling day of treasure hunting and selling.
We heard your feedback about the summer heat in past years, so we’ve altered the schedule to make the most of our cooler Autumn days and high-energy crowds. Two years back, Day Two was a bit sparse, so this time we’re focusing all the fun into one vibrant day.

Whether you’re selling from your driveway, front yard, or porch, this is a great opportunity to benefit from the extra traffic a community-wide event brings.

We’re not promising a block party this year unless anyone would like to host a cookout, yard games, or another fun gathering in their yard — if so, let us know and we’ll help spread the word!
How to Join In:
1) RSVP if you're in!
2) Set up your sale in your own yard or driveway on the event day.
3) Invite friends, family, and bargain hunters to visit. Place flyers and posts in your personal community bulletins.
*Optional: Post photos of your sale items in this event discussion or on marketplace for pickup on that date.
