The Los Alamos Master Gardeners Association is pleased to present Bethany Abrahamson, Cooperative Extension Agriculture Agent from Sandoval County, who will speak on the dangers and realities of invasive insects in New Mexico. Having worked as an entomology and nursery inspector with the New Mexico Department of Agriculture for nearly ten years, she helped protect our state from invasive pests, including Japanese beetle and pecan weevil. Ms. Abrahamson will alert us to our greatest threats and how to identify changes in our landscapes that may be harbingers of an invasion. Please join us!
