Join us in helping to advance the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

$20 Registration fee to include Alzheimer T-shirt, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association. Cash or checks payable to Independence Village of White Lake. Sizes S-3XL, you must PRE-ORDER the shirts by Thursday, June 19th.
