Whitby Sea Festival

Hear the sounds of the Sea - with performers from this coast performing Shanties and Songs of the Sea. Note that this year we will not be at The Bandstand but have been invited to perform at this wonderful Museum and we'd be grateful for you coming over to support us and help preserve the traditional sounds of the sea.
So far included in the line up are The Bridge Shanty Crew, Beth Burrows, Boathook Bald, The Dalesmen Singers, Hornsea Shanty Lasses, Mel Langton, Richard Grainger.
If you /yourgroup would like to perform we'd love to hear from you. Proceeds to Missions to Seamen and 'Save Whitby Sea Festival'.
