TAI CHI LAKESIDE - Summer Drop-In Schedule

Available Days: August 6, 13, 20 & 27 2025
Pre-requisite: Knowledge of Yang Style Forms
Come join Kelley at the beautiful Heydenshore Lakefront in Whitby for a relaxing outdoor morning Tai Chi practice! Breathe in the fresh lake air, feel your feet upon the earth and let your spirit flow with the beauty of the forms. Please note that this is not a beginner’s instructional session but practice and review. Gathering will include warm-up stretches, 8 Strand Brocade Qi-Gong, 24 Yang Simplified Form, 16 Sword and a brief intro to 85 Yang Forms. Please wear comfortable footwear, a hat and sunscreen!!!
(NOTE: extra swords are available to borrow for practice)

Note: This class will be held outside offsite. Swords must be collapsible - not a rigid steel blade. My cell phone number is 905-447-1127 should you need assistance with directions – however once class has begun I will be unavailable.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please arrive promptly, classes start at the appointed time - doors may be locked for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
