Restorative Yin and Sound Healing

Breathe deeply, release gently, and reconnect with stillness. Join us for a soul-soothing Restorative Yin Yoga experience surrounded by blooming lavender. This outdoor class invites you to slow down and soften into long-held poses that open the body and quiet the mind. No props are required, just bring your presence. Bolsters are available on-site, or feel free to bring your own for added comfort.
Each session includes: A Lavender Fields Pass for access to the serene grounds
A complimentary glass of refreshing lavender lemonade
Gentle guidance through restorative poses under open skies and crystal bowl sound healing
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.
