🌿 Balance & Harmony Meditation Class 🌿

Step into a serene space dedicated to restoring your inner balance and harmony. Together, we’ll begin with a short discussion on what it means to create equilibrium in mind, body, and spirit.

You’ll then be gently guided through a meditation infused with reiki, allowing healing energy to flow during the silent journey portion. This sacred practice will support you in releasing tension, grounding your energy, and finding a sense of peace within.

We’ll close with a heartfelt community share, offering space for reflection, connection, and integration.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: Blanket, yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel safe, warm, and comfortable during meditation.

Exchange: $15
