We’ll begin with a short discussion about the connection between sound, energy, and the chakra system, followed by a guided vocal meditation designed to awaken and align your energy centers.

During the silent journey portion, Reiki will be shared to support relaxation, release, and energetic flow. We’ll close with a community share, creating space for reflection and connection.
