Life After Loss 1-Day Workshop

Join me for a day designed to support those navigating life after loss. This workshop will provide a safe space for reflection, discussion, and learning practical tools for healing. You will gain valuable insights and connect with others who understand your journey.

Over 5 hours, you'll explore tools and techniques to navigate the complex emotions of loss while being surrounded by the peaceful beauty of our elderberry and lavender fields.

Sunday, July 13th 10 am-3:30 pm

Workshop Schedule:
Morning Session (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Introduction, group activities, and initial exploration of grief and healing.

Break (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM): Please bring a packed lunch, there will be lavender tea or lemonade available for purchase

Afternoon Session (12:30 PM - 3:30 PM): In-depth activities, personal reflection, and practical strategies for coping and moving forward.
