The Family Doubles Tournament 2025
When? Bank Holiday Monday 25th Aug
What time? 1pm until 5pm
How much? £12 per pair with all profit going to BTC fundraising efforts
Who's it for? All ages and abilities. Members are welcome to invite non-members from their family network. If you haven't got a family member but want to be involved, talk to the organiser for options. Pairs will be put into the event based on the age of the youngest player:
Ages 3-5 Floor red tennis
Ages 6-7 Red ball
Ages 8-9 Orange ball
Ages 10-11 Green ball
Ages 12-99 Yellow (full) ball
Why should I do it?
Tennis is a sport for all the family. So what better way to spend an afternoon together as a family than playing tennis together and arguing over whether it was 'mine' or 'yours'!
What else will be going on?
There will be a catering van on site. Between play there will be lots of fun games to try and win prizes for, a bouncy castle for kids and a temporary bar for adults. A raffle will complete our fund raising efforts.
