Live Music Evening - Red Kites Jazz

Our live music and food evenings are back at the Heritage Centre! Join us for an entertaining evening of fantastic live music and food on the last Friday of every month.

This month’s local performers Red Kites Jazz are a quintet playing a range of easy melodic jazz from the Great American Songbook into the modern era.

The band started in Rowlands Gill in 2022, and comprises tenor saxophone, guitar, piano, bass and drums.

“We love to share our enjoyment of jazz with various audiences, and perform regularly at The Staiths café and Gibside.”

Our Chef will be rustling up some delicious food for the evening, along with hot/cold drinks and sweet treats available to purchase and enjoy alongside the live music.

No need to book, just turn up for a great evening between 6pm – 9pm (last food order 8.30pm). Get here early to grab a seat, order your food and settle in for a great evening of live music.

Please note indoor and outdoor seating are for our café and bar customers.
