Shiloh Cemetery of Robertson County Annual Homecoming & Texas Historical Cemetery Marker dedication

Everyone is invited to the Shiloh Cemetery Annual Homecoming and Texas Historical Cemetery Marker dedication on Saturday, April 26th at 11:00am.

Shiloh Cemetery is 176 years old and is the final resting place for generations of pioneers, settlers, soldiers and farmers that traveled to Texas searching for adventure and a better life. A few families stopped and created new lives in the Shiloh area. Some paused temporarily to leave their deceased loved ones behind, as they journeyed on to farther destinations.

The cemetery's inscribed graves serve as historical documentation of several family's entry and ties to Texas. Multiple families have many generations buried here - it is a family tree. The families who have loved ones buried here, take great pride in the peaceful beauty and solitude of this special final resting place.
