WHEELING PICKLEBALL VOTE

PICKLEBALL COURT VOTE TOMORROW!

Tomorrow night (or tonight, depending on when you're reading this) Tuesday, May 20th at 5:30pm, is the Wheeling City Council meeting where they will vote on whether or not they are going to patch the Patterson Pickleball Courts.

They will vote before anyone gets to share their thoughts, which occurs at the end of the meeting, but we'd like to have as many of the Pickleball community present as possible.

The PlayTime Scheduler app that is used by many in the Wheeling area has 583 registered users. Five Hundred Eighty Three. And that's definitely not all who are playing in the Wheeling area. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the U.S. and it would be great to give the council a first hand view of that and what quality courts would mean.

The last meeting didn't last 45 minutes. I hope to see you all there. All that is needed is your presence, no need to speak!
