Free Class: Resetting + Optimizing Your Nervous System

We wanted to offer a FREE class that will help you to up-level your ability to RESET and Optimize the Nervous System– especially following trauma, overwhelm, or burnout.

Why is this important? Not only does our Nervous System give us the ability to move, breathe, think, and learn, it is responsible for how we interpret or adapt to our changing environment. With that in mind, you can see how important it is that your nervous system is properly cared for, because then entirely new options for living become available to us!

During this class Dr. Dawn will teach a simple and gentle technique using your own touch and breath to sooth and reset the body. For those that are curious and eager to create a more energy-efficient and self-correcting nervous system, you will love the second half of the class! We'll be offering a demonstration of our specialty spinal care– one of the most effective ways to reset and bring more resilience to your nervous system.
