House Dance Workshop

Footwork, funk, and Flow (foundational)- This class teaches students how to sync up their feet with their core movement. The idea of the “jack” (the universal oscillation as described in house dance) will be taught along with ways to build a foundation for all dance.

We will be having an Open Jam after this workshop until 6 PM so feel free to join us!

Taught by Rozbot (Andi Rosner):

Chicago built and based, Rozbot has performed and taught professionally for 15 years now. Dissatisfied with keeping dance a mystery, she delights in dissecting and sharing her fundamental breakdowns of movements and illusions. Upping the difficulty by adding juggling into the mix; Her typical movements consist of strong character, pinpoint isolations, and violent control. Rozbot is here to make fun happen and throw Irresponsible Shapes, we're talking non euclidean! Now, come take a journey with the Gworl from the Uncanny Valley, Rozbot!
