Join D. Anuprao Mulakaluri to learn an individualized approach to cultivating health and spiritual experiences through the practice of Yogic Breathwork practices called Pranayama (Controlling the Vital Force).
In this workshop series we will take a deep dive into various practices of Yogic Breathwork called pranayama through the lens of Ayurveda. Ayurveda, known as the "Science of Life", is a time-honored system of nature-based functional medicine.
Ayurvedic breathwork, or Pranayama, are practices that embody an individualized process of cultivating a practice that strengthens our health and physiological capacity. Different types of breathwork are recommended for our varying constitutions.
Pranayama practices are highly beneficial as self-care for tending to anxiety and depression, promoting metabolism, and enhancing mental focus. Breathwork enhances one's spiritual practice, creating opportunities for energetic, emotional, and psychological healing, and setting an intention for continued awakening.
Participants will leave knowing that tools to manage their health, control their mental activity, change their mood and mental states, as well as cultivate spiritual experiences through the power of breath meditation.
