Would you like to experience it with the sound of gongs?
This combination of yoga and gongs with Janel Wenndt will deepen the yoga practice by stimulating the physical body, create deep relaxation and help release emotional energy. Janel will use the Gong during asanas (postures), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra) to promote positive change. Please bring a yoga mat, two blankets and a small pillow.
