Family Sound Bath: For Parents + Children

This 60-minute sound bath is designed to welcome the whole family into a soothing, supportive space for rest, regulation, and reconnection.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and end somatic practices—simple, grounding tools to calm the nervous system—before easing into a soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments designed to support deep presence and relaxation.

This class is family-friendly, open to all ages, and perfect for parents, children, caregivers, and anyone seeking a moment of peace in community.

Bring blankets, pillows, and anything cozy—come as you are, fussy toddlers and all. The invitation is simply to be together, and to rest.
