Cacao Meditation

Join Rachel for a gently guided two-hour experience that weaves together ceremonial cacao, meditation, and community.

Each gathering begins with intention setting, followed by drinking cacao as Rachel shares its heart-opening benefits and introduces the energy of the day. Through gentle conversation and presence, we prepare to drop in together.

We begin with grounding breathwork, then move into a guided visualization aligned with the day’s energy. The experience closes with sound and a gentle return through breath, followed by an open invitation to share, reflect, or simply be.

The final portion of our time together offers optional integration through wall art, oracle cards, continued stillness, or shared connection with others.

Whether you come to reset, receive insight, or simply be held, this is a space to remember and reconnect.
