Ecstatic Dance Wednesdays

Step into a sacred space where movement helps us rise into freedom. Dance teaches us the ability to move with the pains of life and the strength to keep going forward.

Wednesday nights bring energetic releases to work and flow through any emotional blockages in our bodies, hearts, minds and souls.

Come as you are and let the wave-form soundscape of music take you on a journey of self-discovery.

Beginning with stillness and elevating into joy we flow back down to radical embodiment and genuine self-expression.

Whether you're new to the community or a familiar friendly face, you are welcome. Come as you are, and let’s co-create a space of communication, reflection, and mutual care.

Soul Sovereignty is a 5-week course of 4 classes per week so you can purchase a 20-class pass at $200 or contribute $15 suggested koha each time you participate.
