You're Invited: A chance for collective reflection

To celebrate Adult Learners’ Week and the joy of learning together we invite you to join with us to explore creative practices, deepen personal insight and foster meaningful connections through group collaboration. Using techniques such as improvisation, object work and movement, participants will get a taste of activities that encourage self expression and shared storytelling.

In a group setting, listening to others' experiences and engaging in real-time reflection of learning journeys, allows for new insights into our own stories. The process of sharing, hearing, and reflecting together strengthens empathy, broadens perspectives, and nurtures a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other.

The sessions are led by 2SEED, who specialise in playful, creative and practical processes that empower people to lead with resilience and clarity and become life-long learners.
