I’m so excited to be holding space for this gentle evening connection and catch-up circle — a beautiful opportunity to slow down, unwind, and be present with others in a nurturing, heart-led environment.

We’ll begin the evening with a soothing guided meditation to help us ground fully into the moment. Blue Lotus tea and light refreshments will be offered as we settle into a relaxed and warm atmosphere. This will be followed by an open space to mix and mingle, where conscious conversation starters will be available to spark meaningful and authentic connection.

This gathering is open to all genders. Over the past few weeks, several people have asked about bringing their partners — and I’ve also had interest from men wondering if this is a space they’d be included in. The answer is a wholehearted yes. This circle has been intentionally created as a safe, inclusive space — whether you come with a partner, a friend, or on your own. Everyone is welcome.

These kinds of gatherings remind us of the power of slowing down and being seen. When we share in conscious conversation and genuine presence, we weave threads of connection that strengthen our sense of belonging — to ourselves, to each other, and to the wider collective.

This event is Koha (cash donation) on the night. Your contribution goes toward facility costs, refreshments, and an energetic exchange for the space holder.
