🎯 Beginner/Improver:
Dance: Pieces to the Puzzle – Isaac Nelson
Song: Damn I Love Miami – Pitbull ft. Lil Jon
🔥 Intermediate/Advanced:
Dance: Raised Like That – Darren Bailey
Song: Raised Like That – James Johnston
$10 Entry Fee per Category
(You may enter both!)
Note: Previous winners may not enter the Beg/Improver category.
🏆 PRIZES (each category):
🥇 1st: $200 | 🥈 2nd: $100 | 🥉 3rd: $50
📋 Rules Highlights:
Dancers will be assigned spots — no switching lines.
“Pieces to the Puzzle” allows all variations; no “vanilla” wall required.
“Raised Like That” must follow the step sheet for Walls 1 & 2; variations allowed starting on Wall 3.
Judging based on technique and overall performance.
🧠 FAQs:
👟 No specific shoes required (avoid flip flops/slides).
👗 No costume rules — show your style! Follow venue dress code.
🎓 Dances will be taught during Free Thursday Night Lessons in May — not on competition night.
🎩 Props must stay on you during your dance.
🚫 No floorwork or acrobatics allowed.
