This event will begin with Sonic Field creating a restful, clear space for the germination of participants' intentions as they rest their bodies in the magnificent Himalayan Salt Cave.
Accompanying Sonic Field's trademark sacred vocal expressions will be a wide variety of sound healing instruments utilized throughout the session. Some of which will include Native American style flutes, drums and rattles, guitar, shruti box, monochord, didgeridoo, handpan, Tibetan bells and bowls, as well as a pair of 18" Binaural Theta Crystal bowls which assist in reaching the deeper Theta meditative state.
The Theta State has been identified as the gateway to learning and memory and is said to make one receptive to information beyond ones normal conscious awareness.
Theta mediation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition.
Finally, Jaime and Alan will invite participants to join in a spirit guided group toning using drums and rattles provided by Sonic Field and voice (provided by you if you'd like) to fully integrate and celebrate the afternoon's energetic cultivation's.
