Learn to SUP I
LEARN TO SUP I
Standup paddle boarding (SUP) is a blast! Not only does it allow you to explore gorgeous waterways in a relaxing and peaceful manner, but it also provides an amazing workout for your core muscles. Our intro session will cover all the basics, getting familiar with equipment, water entry and balance, proper stance and positioning on the board, efficient paddling technique, and safety and etiquette.

Cost: $99 includes:

2 hours of instruction with all gears (paddle board, PFD, paddle)
2 hours of a single kayak rental
* You have to complete the 2 hours of instruction before using the 2 hours of rental, it can be used on the same day.
