Intro to Surfing (ages 18 - 35)

Catch your first wave with us!

Join Buzzards Bay Coalition and Gnome Surf for an unforgettable Bay Adventure at Horseneck Beach. This beginner-friendly session is all about fun, ocean connection, and learning the basics.

We'll meet in the parking area for check-in and to pick up surfboards. Then, we'll head to the shoreline to give an on-the-sand introduction to surfing. You'll learn about how waves work, how to handle your board, and the essential techniques for catching and riding waves safely and confidently.

Then, it's time to hit the water! We'll take turns paddling out, popping up, and riding the waves with guidance by a skilled surfer from the Gnome Surf team. It's a memorable experience you won't want to miss!

Free to join! This session is limited to 10 surfers, so register today to reserve your spot.
