Join Kaia’s Senior Faculty for a 75-minute Kaia Signature Master Class designed to help you experience the next layer of your practice, whether you want to grow personally or take the first step toward teaching.

This session combines movement, mindfulness, and mentorship. You’ll explore alignment, breathwork, and meditation, receive personalized assists, and have the chance to connect directly with our experienced faculty.

After class, stay for an open Q&A to learn more about our two signature programs:

- Deepen Your Practice Immersion (Jan 8–25, 2026)
- 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Jan–June 2026)
