Headstand Workshop (Sirsasana A & B)
Turn your practice upside down with confidence and ease. In this workshop, we’ll break down the key components of headstand step by step:
Building a strong foundation in the upper body,
Engaging the core to sustain balance,
Cultivating awareness in the lower body while inverted.
Class Flow: We’ll begin with flow and breathwork to prepare, then move into headstand practice with detailed guidance, accessibility options, and time for questions.
Who It’s For: This workshop is ideal for students new to headstand who want to explore the pose safely, as well as those looking to refine and grow their current inversion practice.
Contraindications: Not recommended for students with neck injuries, high blood pressure, or those new to inversions during pregnancy.
