Feet up flow

Ready to turn your world upside down (in the best way)?

In this class we use feet-up footstools and inversion stools to support creative flows, playful inversions, and new ways of moving that challenge the body and refresh the mind.

Expect
• Strong, supported inversions
• Flowing sequences with props
• A fresh way to experience familiar poses
