Providing a portal to access higher states of consciousness and blissful states of being ✨ On this breathwork journey you will let go of that which no longer serves you allowing you to soften into your most authentic and joyful self. Join me at Sacred Space Yoga on Sunday 6th April to experience this deeply powerful practice which harmonises body, mind and spirit, closing your weekend feeling lighter and allowing you to float into the new week grounded and anew 🌸 🌬️ Every first Sunday 11am - 1pm After the breathwork session those that feel intrigued to further integrate that deep feeling of grounded presence, are invited to join me at marine lake for a chilly dip, to experience a wave of calm and peace wash over you, with all the delicious benefits that cold water immersion and breathwork combined has to offer. *Optional but highly recommended ☺️🙏❤️
